3. The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 25.09.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in C.P. No.483/2023.Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has rejected the contempt petition preferred by the petitioners by observing that it was open for the petitioners to assail as per law, the fresh order dated 01.08.2023 passed by the respondents.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioners will file a fresh OA assailing the order dated 01.08.2023.

5. In the light of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.

6. It is, however, made clear that the dismissal of this petition will not come in the way of the petitioners assailing the order dated 01.08.2023 as per law.
