Regular First Appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.11.2025 whereby the Appellants have been held as a tenant in the Suit Property and the decree of possession and mesne profits has been filed against them.

After some submissions, learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks permission to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to seek his remedy in accordance with the law.
