1. Learned counsel for the RCS informs the Court that the exercise for the verification of membership is ongoing. He states that a fresh agenda notice for the election will be issued thereafter by the RCS.

2. The Court directs that exercise to be completed not later than three months from today. Since this impugned agenda notice has worked itself out and fresh dates for the election have to now be fixed by the issuance of a fresh agenda notice, no further direction are called for.

3. The petition is disposed of in the above terms along with all pending applications.
