After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant does not press this application; instead he seeks to withdraw the present application as also the instant writ petition i.e. W.P.(C) 1715/2024 and CM7050/2021with liberty to assail the order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the ATMCD in Appeal No.723/ATMCD/2023 and Appeal No.729/ATMCD/2023, before the Principal District & Sessions Judge (South). Accordingly, the W.P.(C) 1715/2024 along with CM-7050/2021is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. 2.
Learned counsel for the MCD submits that no action is scheduled to be taken in respect of the property in question till 27.03.2024.
