The present petition alleges illegal and unauthorized construction at property bearing no.E-70, falling in Khasra No.656/242, Old Jasola Village, New Delhi-110025.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that a demolition order has already been passed qua the unauthorized construction and the demolition action is scheduled to be taken on 13.02.2024. He submits that appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken qua the unauthorized construction in the subject property. 3.

Biding the respondent/MCD to the aforesaid statement, the present petition stands disposed of.
