This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, filed by the Petitioner seeking the following relief: - "a) Direct the release of Rs. 91,37,625/- deposited by the Petitioner NTPC Limited vide DD NO. 570274 dated 05.03.2018 in terms of order dated 07.02.2018 and which was directed to be released and returned to the Petitioner alongwith interest in terms of order dated 27.09.2024 be directly transferred through electronic mode in the bank account of NTPC Limited as per details attached"

The detail of the bank account of the Applicant/Petitioner has been annexed at page 8 of this application.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the Registry is directed to remit the amount along with interest in terms of the order dated 27.09.2024 directly to the bank account of the Petitioner, the details whereof are annexed at page 8 of this application, through The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
