3. The present petition under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India seeks to assail the order dated 05.01.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal) in O.A. No.24/2024.

4. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instead of pressing the present petition, the petitioner will make a representation to the respondent so that his pleas can be taken into consideration by the respondent while passing the order in accordance with the liberty granted by the learned Tribunal with respect to the treatment of the period during which the petitioner remained The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
