This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers:
"In view of the foregoing facts and circumstances, this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
(a) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to decide the Representation dated 15.02.2023 preferred by the Petitioner (Ann. P-5) by passing a Speaking Order; and (b) Pass any other/ further order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

The only prayer of the petitioner in the petition is that the respondents should decide the representation dated February 15, 2023 of the petitioner.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner states, the petitioner has not received the same. In any case, a copy thereof has been given to the counsel for the petitioner who states that he shall withdraw the petition and if aggrieved by the said communication, shall seek such remedy as available in law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
