Learned counsel for the parties submit that pursuant to settlement, the decree-holders/petitioners had received the entire settlement amount from the judgment debtors/respondents.

In view of the settlement, the learned counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw the execution petition as fully satisfied and also the contempt petitions.

In this view of the matter, IA Nos.8232/2018, 8233/2018, 8236/2018 & 8237/2018 are allowed. Resultantly, the execution petition being OMP (Enf.) (Comm.) 12/2017 is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and the contempt petitions being CCP(O) No.25/2017, CCP(O) No.27/2018 and other contempt petition filed vide diary No.148719/2018 are dismissed as withdrawn.

In the circumstances, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners/decree-holders in IA No.8232/2018 and IA No.8233/2018 the injunction order dated 20.04.2017 and attachment order dated 14.05.2018 stand vacated.

IA No.8235/2018 (Exemption) Exemption granted subject to all just exceptions. Application is disposed of.

IA No.8234/2018 (for withdrawal of amount of Rs.10 crores) Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions submit that they have received the entire settlement amount from the judgment debtors and they have no objection if the amount of Rs.10 crores deposited by the judgment debtor No.1 with the Registry of this Court is released to judgment debtor No.1.

In the circumstances, the Registry is directed to release the amount of Rs.10 crores along with accrued interest thereon, if any, to the judgment debtor No.1.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
