The appellants/defendants are aggrieved by an order dated 08.11.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge rejecting an Original Appeal [OA 132/2019] filed by it against an order dated 11.10.2019, passed by the Joint Registrar dismissing an application filed by it under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC, praying inter alia for impleadment of three parties, namely, (i) Mrs. Lata Goel (mother of the Chairman of the respondent/plaintiff company); (ii) Income Tax Department and (iii) an entity, QUE Learn. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. 3.

The appeal is disposed of as not pressed alongwith the pending applications.
