After hearing the arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. He also seeks liberty to move appropriate application before this Court seeking transfer of Civil Suit No. 475/2018, to this Court.

Learned Senior Counsel for respondent, who appears on advance notice, opposes the above said request seeking liberty. 3.

Be that as it may, in view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for petitioner, the present petition is, hereby, dismissed as not pressed. 4.

The petitioner, without being given any liberty by this Court, is always competent to move any such application under section 24 C.P.C. 5.
