application is supported by the affidavits of the parties, it is stated that parties have compromised this suit for specific performance as per the terms stated in the present application.

Counsels for the parties state that parties are present in person and they identify such persons. 4.

Application is therefore allowed and the suit is disposed of as per the terms recorded in this application under Order 23 Rule 3 and 3A CPC.

Decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.

As stated in the compromise application, the amount deposited in this Court by the plaintiff be returned to the plaintiff alongwith accrued interest thereon, if any.
