% 06.01.2020 Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 24.05.2019 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Since after detailed hearing in the matter, Mr. V.K. Garg, learned senior counsel for the petitioner on instructions wishes to withdraw the writ petition, we need not take note of the facts which have led to filing of the writ petition, except to note that the petitioner joined respondent No.3/National Highway Authority of India, on deputation basis on 14.06.2016 and was repatriated by an order dated 20.01.2017. Mr. Garg submits that there is a gap of about 8 months between 20.01.2017 and the date on which the petitioner joined his
parent department i.e. 16.08.2017.
He submits that the petitioner would, if necessary, seek appropriate remedy in that respect against the parent department, should the need so arise. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. G.S.SISTANI, J ANUP JAIRAM BHAMBHANI, J JANUARY 06, 2020 Ne
