FAO(OS) 210/2019 is directed against an order dated 08.08.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge rejecting an application moved by the FAOs(OS) 210/2019 & 214/2019

appellant/defendant under Order XVI Rule 1(3) of the CPC, praying inter alia for permission to amend the list of witnesses (I.A.5068/2019). FAO(OS) 214/2019 is directed against an order dated 27.09.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge dismissing I.A.13579/2019, yet again filed by the appellant/defendant under Order XVI Rule 1A of the CPC. 2.

After addressing arguments at some length, Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the appellant/defendant states on instructions that the appellant/defendant does not wish to press the present appeals. 3.
