This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No.123/2023 dated 01.09.2023 registered under Sections 498A/406 IPC at P.S. Tilak Marg.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State/Respondent No.1, at the outset, submits that the present petition is premature as the investigation is still underway. 5.

After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage.
