Learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State/Respondent No.1, at the outset, submits that the present petition is premature as the investigation is still underway. 5.
After canvassing some arguments, learned counsel for Petitioners, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Court at the appropriate stage.
