% 27.11.2019 Status report dated 26th November, 2019 has been placed on record.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State has drawn attention of this Court to the status report and submits that with regard to fraudulent bank transaction in complainant's bank account amounting to Rs.

98,75,000/-, a FIR No.

274/2019, under Sections 409/467/468/471/120B IPC was got registered by the complainant Ms. Chintu Jain at police station Kotwali, Delhi. However, when the matter was investigated into, it transpired that the complainant had also got registered another FIR No.237/2019, under Sections 420/467/468/471/34

IPC at Inter State Cell Crime Branch, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi, in which two accused persons have been arrested and the matter is further investigated. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs that the investigation in FIR No. 274/2019, registered at police station Kotwali, Delhi, quashing of which is sought in this petition, has been transferred to Inter State Cell Crime Branch, Chanakya Puri, New Delhi and both the FIRs are being investigated simultaneously. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition and seeks permission to withdraw it. The petition stands accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
