The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "i). issue a Writ of certiorari, Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions thereby calling the records of the entire proceedings from the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police-1, Vasant Kunj South, New Delhi, in the titled of State versus Rajjan @ Ashu Chauhan vide File no.19/2022, under section 47 of DP Act, with Police Station Vasant Kunj South;

ii). issue a Writ of certiorari, Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent thereby setting aside/quashing of the order dated 30.01.2024 passed by the office of Deputy Commissioner of Police-1, Vasant Kunj South, New Delhi, in the titled of State versus Rajjan @ Ashu Chauhan vide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the present petitioner has already availed his statutory remedy before the Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor.
