OMP(E)(Comm.) 4/2018 This petition has been filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 praying for assistance of this Court in summoning the record clerk with the office on Deputy General Manager (Estate), HSIIDC, Kundli, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana with a direction to produce the records in respect of allotment of Plot bearing No.38, HSIIDC, Industrial Estate, Phase-IV, Kundli, Distt. Sonipat, Haryana and to appear before the Sole Arbitrator Justice V.K.Bali (Retd.) on 31st January, 2018 at 4.00 p.m. at C-56, Block-C, Niti Bagh, New Delhi-110049.

The Sole Arbitrator vide his letter dated 19th December, 2017 allowed the application of the petitioner to summon the said witness. As the said order was passed with the consent of the respondent, service of notice of the present petition on the respondent is not

deemed necessary. Counsel for the petitioner submits that advance copy of the petition had also been served on the respondent. In view of the above, let summons for appearance be issued to the above mentioned witness for production of the record mentioned above and to appear before the Sole Arbitrator at the abovementioned address on 31st January, 2018 at 4.00 p.m. The diet money shall be paid to the witness on his appearance before the Sole Arbitrator.
