By way of these applications, the petitioner seeks addition and deletion of the parties to the writ petition as well as amendment to the writ petition, which is not permissible. 2.

In our view, the petitioner can file a separate writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition, these applications as well as pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with leave as prayed for.
