W.P.(C) 278/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal and unauthorized constructions which is being permitted in property bearing No.H-66, Near Vijay Chowk, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye-laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/EDMC has put in appearance. His submission, under instructions, is that this property has been constructed up to the third floor and there is some

construction on the fourth floor as well and there appears to be deviations in the property for which a show cause notice has been issued by the Corporation to the private respondent (respondent no.2Nisha Gupta) on 10.01.2017; all further actions in accordance with law shall be taken.

This statement of the respondent is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that this commitment of the respondent shall be honoured in true letter and spirit and the commitment of the respondent shall be taken to its ultimate goal. Police action whenever necessary shall be taken.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
