Petitioners have filed this petition impugning the order dated 04.01.2025 passed by the learned trial Court. 2.
The main issue raised by the petitioners is that before proceeding with the respondents' will, the Court must first decide whether the properties in question are ancestral or self-acquired.

Petitioners filed an application on 02.01.2025 to decide the nature of properties before allowing the wills to be proved. 4.
