% 07.11.2019 Learned counsel for the respondent has raised objections and submits that as per the Sub Clause 4 of Section 21 of National Investigation Agency Act, 2008, the present bail application is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file fresh application after incorporating necessary amendments.

Leave and liberty, as prayed, is granted.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending application.
