In view of the noting in para 6 of the order dated 19.12.2025, this Court is of the opinion that since the sporting events, which were the subject matter and the cause of action for the Suit having been filed, have concluded long ago, the relief of permanent injunction appears to have become infructuous due to efflux of time.

In view of the above, the suit has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.

However, it is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the case of either of the parties.
