Pursuant to previous order dated 28th March 2025, counsel for respondent states that the relevant sanction orders have been issued on 24th April 2025, with respect to the claim of the petitioner, both with respect to the salary arrears w.e.f. 01st August 2011 to 27th April 2012 and interest on that account.

The said payment shall be released to petitioner within a couple of days, as stated.

On that undertaking, the petition is, therefore, disposed of. 4.
