The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience/non-compliance of the directions contained in the order dated 11.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 8145/2023. The operative directions are reproduced hereunder:
"14. Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the premises of the petitioner, as noted above, shall be de-sealed forthwith. Further, the petitioner is enjoined upon to comply with its undertaking and ensure that only activities, which are permissible as per the MPD-2021, shall be carried out by the petitioner." 4.
It is informed today that the concerned premises have been de-sealed, however, the electricity to the concerned premises has not been restored. the electricity connection previously subsisting in respect of the concerned premises, be restored within a period of one week from today. 5.
For the said purpose, if any formalities are required, the same shall be complied with by the petitioner.

The above redresses the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition. No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is accordingly, disposed of in the above terms. 7.
The petitioner would be at liberty to file afresh or take appropriate remedial steps in the event the previously subsisting electricity connection is not restored.
