The present petition has been filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) seeking direction/directions, order/orders to expedite trial which is pending before the court of learned JMFC, Tis Hazari, Delhi in FIR No. 325/2013, dated 24.08.2013, registered at P.S. I P Estate, Delhi for offences under Sections 420/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

In view of the orders passed today in CRL.M.C. 675/2025 and the fact that this is a petition praying for same relief as in CRL.M.C. 675/2025, the Petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition.
