Petitioner seeks quashing of case FIR No. 442/2025 of Police Station Neb Sarai for offence under Section 69 BNS on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioner.

Broadly speaking, the subject FIR was registered on the statement of the prosecutrix, alleging that the petitioner developed sexual relations with her under false promise of marriage but subsequently, he got engaged with another girl in Indore.

The petitioner and prosecutrix are present in Court but both of them submit that they are not clear if they want to get married. 4.
