The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the petitioners have already made a payment of ₹5,75,000/-, as directed by the order dated 10.01.2020. The petitioners are now required to be acquitted as the petitioners have compounded the offence in terms of the said order. 2.

In view of the above, the petitioners are acquitted of the offence for which they were convicted and the revision petition is disposed of. 3.

The pending application is also disposed of.

The bail bond and the sureties provided by the petitioners are discharged.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Trial Court for release of any security furnished by them.
