1. We have heard learned senior counsel for the appellant as well as learned senior counsel for the respondent at length.

We made it clear to learned senior counsel for the appellant that we are inclined to dismiss the appeal. In fact, after we have partly dictated the order in open Court, learned senior counsel for the appellant on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal and states that appellant shall comply with the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge on 25.11.2019. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, the present appeal is dismissed as unconditionally withdrawn.
