The petition is for the following reliefs:

"A. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to Respondents no.1 and 2;

B. Pass an order thereby directing the District Magistrate, Senior Citizen Tribunal, Kapashera to decide the case no. 38860 of 2025 titled as "Smt. Pramila Devi V. Sh. Santosh Kumar & another" pending before the maintenance tribunal, (South - West district), Kapashera, New Delhi, Delhi (under maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens, 2007) in a time bound/expedite manner;

C. Pass an order for granting litigation expenses for filing the present writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court;"

Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, on instructions, submit that within six weeks, the petitioner's pending case will be decided on merits.
