The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks the following prayers: "i) To QUASH/SET ASIDE IMPUGNED ORDER VIDE DATED 10.01.2024 IN the FIR No.: 218/2023 U/s:395/385 /452 /170/120B/34 IPC P.S: JANAKPURI, DELHI as well as the consequential proceedings if any arising out of the aforesaid FIR, against the petitioner, in the interest of justice. ii) Pass such other and further orders, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of the Justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an application for bail before the learned Trial Court after the petitioner has surrendered. 4.
