Learned counsel for appellant submits that all the matrimonial disputes between the parties have already been amicably settled and in terms of settlement dated 24.07.2023, the parties are in the process of taking requisite steps.

It is also brought to notice of the Court that in terms of such settlement, the suit in question has already been withdrawn and the keys of suit premises have also been handed over to the concerned plaintiff. He submits that in view of above, nothing survives in the present appeal and in terms of the abovesaid settlement, the appellant, who is also present in Court, is no longer desirous of pursuing her appeal.

Resultantly, the present appeal is disposed of as not pressed, in terms of settlement dated 24.07.2023.
