Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for quashing of FIR No.210/2018, under Section 406/498A/34 IPC, P.S.Jamia Nagar in terms of the Settlement inter-se the parties dated 03.08.2024. 2.

Parties pursuant to the Settlement have taken divorce by mutual consent on 25.10.2024. All the claims of Respondent No.2 have been settled on payment of Rs.12 lakhs which amount has already been received as acknowledged by Respondent No.2 who is present in Court.

Parties are present. Their statements have already been recorded before the learned J.R on 14.02.2025. 4.

Parties undertake to remain bound by their terms of Settlement. The custody of the two children has been agreed to be with Respondent No.2.

In view of the aforesaid, FIR No.210/2018, under Section 406/498A/34 IPC, P.S.Jamia Nagar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. This Settlement is without prejudice to the rights of the children.
