Mr. Akhil Mittal, who appears for respondent No.1 school, says that the relief sought in prayer clause (a) be allowed. In effect, it is stated that admission will be given to the wards of the petitioners as per prayer clause (a).

Prayer clause (a) reads as follows:
"a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ in favour of the petitioners and against the respondent thereby directing the respondent's especially respondent no.l/school to allow admission to ADEENA ASIF D/0 MD ASIF IN CLASS 1st, ABUBAKAR S/O MD. ASIF IN CLASS NURSERY, YASIR FARHAN S/0 FARHAN WAHID IN CLASS NURSERY AND AAHIL KHAN S/0 MATIULLAH IN CLASS NURSERY under EWS/DG category in the academic session 2019-20 in the said school without any further delay..." I may indicate that Mr. Upadhyay, who appears for the petitioners, says that if prayer clause (a) is allowed, then, he does not wish to press remaining prayers made in the petition.
3.1 The statement of Mr. Upadhyay is taken on record. 4.
Accordingly, the captioned writ petition is disposed of in the following terms:
4.1 Respondent No.1 school will grant admission to the wards of the petitioners, as indicated in prayer clause (a) extracted hereinabove. 4.2 To hasten the exercise, the petitioners along with their wards will remain present before the Principal of respondent No.1 school on 13.3.2020 at 11.A.M.
