% 17.01.2018 Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner / Association states, the petitioner shall be satisfied if the respondents are directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on December 07, 2017 (page 40 of the paper book) and convey the decision to the petitioner / Association.
Mr. Satyakam, ASC, who appears for the respondents on advance notice states that the representation shall be considered / decided within eight weeks from today.
Mr. Kumar states, aforesaid statement shall satisfy the petitioner at present and the petition be disposed of as such. Noting the submissions made, it is directed the respondents shall
consider the representation dated December 07, 2017 along with this writ petition and documents, and pass a speaking and reasoned order within eight weeks from today. The same shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, the petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate the same in accordance with law. The writ petition is disposed of.
