The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that anticipatory bail be granted to the petitioner. 3.

The FIR in question (being FIR No. 0324/2019 under Sections 308/506/34 IPC, registered with PS Ghazipur) indicates that the petitioner had been identified.

It is also alleged that the petitioner had struck the victim with a danda four times on his head, which resulted in him suffering head injuries as well as bleeding from his ear. 4.

Ms Dhalla, learned APP states that the medical report has been received and the victim has been placed under observation. The question

whether the injury suffered is simple or grievous is yet to be investigated. 5.

It is seen that the petitioner has not joined the investigation. In view of the above, this Court considers does not consider it apposite to accede to the prayers made in the present petition. The same is dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J NOVEMBER 05, 2019 MK
