The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the Respondent No. 1 to fix the fees of the Petitioner for her appointment and work as Local Commissioner in CS DJ No. 256/21 titled Sudhir Bansal versus Gagandeep & Ors." pending before the Ld. District Judge, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi in accordance with law and prevailing judicial practice;
ii. In the alternative, and without prejudice to the above, this Hon‟ble Court may itself be pleased to fix the Petitioner‟s fees at ₹6,000 per date for five dates, or such amount as this Hon‟ble Court deems fit, and direct payment thereof;

The grievance is with respect to the non-fixing of the remuneration of the Local Commissioner, who has been appointed vide order dated 27.05.2025. Let the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court, where the matter is pending. If such an application is filed, let the same be dealt with and the remuneration of the Local Commissioner, who has already worked as per the Court directions, be also fixed. 3.
With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
