Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Trial Court had passed the order on the basis of the income certificate of the respondent submitted in the year 2016. However, the petitioner is having no document or material in her possession to prove that the respondent is having an income of more than Rs.30,000/- per month. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the revision petition with the liberty to move an application for enhancement of the interim maintenance whenever the petitioner is able to lay hand on such documents which proves that the respondent is having an income more than Rs.30,000/- per month. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for subject to just exceptions. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
