The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0075/2019 under Sections 323/341/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Roop Nagar, be quashed.

The learned counsel appearing for the State states that although the petitioner has been named in the said FIR, but a chargesheet is not being filed against him.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, if a cause so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The

pending application is disposed of.
