The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 276/2021 of Police Station Tigri for offence under Section 302/201/120B IPC & 25/27/54/59 Arms Act.

Broadly speaking, allegation against the accused/applicant is that with the help of his associates Arun and Rahul, he shot dead the deceased in a temple.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh subsequent to testimony of more witnesses.

As requested, the bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
