O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 463/2019 The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award by a period of six months effective from November 18, 2019 till May 17, 2020.

Mr. Manish K. Bishnoi, Adv. who appears for the respondent, on advance notice, has given his consent for extension of time for the Arbitral Tribunal to complete the proceedings and render the award. Noting the contents of the petition and consent given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the time for the Arbitral Tribunal

to complete the proceedings and render the award is extended till May 17, 2020 effective from November 18, 2019.

The petition stands disposed of.
