% 22.02.2019 Review Pet. 77/2019 & CMs.APPL 8692-8694/2019 in W.P.(C) 416/2018 Review Pet. 78/2019 & CMs.APPL 8697-8699/2019 in W.P.(C) 418/2018 The respondents seek review of the order dated 11.09.2018 passed by this Court on the ground that during the course of hearing, Recruitment Rules 2013 which are applicable to the petitioners could not be brought to the notice of the Court and instead the petitions were decided based on the Recruitment Rules of 2010 and accordingly the writ petitions be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners/non-applicants submits that while the review petitions may be allowed but liberty may be granted to the petitioners to lay challenge to the Recruitment Rules 2013 and raise all other grounds which were raised in the present writ petitions, subject matter of these review petitions.
In view of what has been submitted, the review petitions are allowed. Liberty, as prayed, is granted to the petitioners to challenge the Recruitment Rules 2013 in above terms.
The review petitions and both the applications seeking condonation of delay in filing and re-filing the review petitions also stand allowed as prayer made in the applications are not opposed.
