% 24.01.2020 Learned counsels for the parties state that the parties were relegated to the Mediation process on 21st November, 2019. The Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre has filed the settlement agreement dated 23rd December, 2019 running into 18 pages including Annexure-„A‟ and Annexure-„B‟ (colly).

Learned counsels for the parties also state that the parties shall abide by the terms of settlement agreement dated 23rd December, 2019 and request that the petition be disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement. The statement made by the learned counsels for the parties is taken on record and the petition is disposed of.
