% 15.01.2018 Mr.Puneet Garg, learned counsel appearing on advance notice for the respondent no.2, submits that the said respondent is aware of the orders passed by the respondent no.3 and is accordingly taking expeditious steps to demolish the illegal structure constructed on the agricultural land. He submits that the said demolition is proposed to be carried out on 24th January, 2018, and assures the Court that the proposed demolition would be carried out on 24th January, 2018. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.3, the petitioner does not press this petition. The writ petition and pending applications are disposed of as not pressed.
