% 24.07.2018 The learned counsel for the respondents submits that, without admitting the contents of the petition, as the award has been passed exparte, the respondents have no objection if the award is set aside while appointing an arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding dated 10.02.2014.
In view of the submissions made, the Arbitral Award dated 10.10.2017 is set aside and by a separate order passed in Arb.P. No. 595/2017 Surender Kaur Vs. Ravinder Kaur Sethi & Anr. an arbitrator has been appointed.
