The petitioner challenges the order dated 04.02.2026 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal ('tribunal') in OA No. 3513/2025. The petitioner was seeking directions from the learned Tribunal for his deputation from MTNL to some other Department. By the said order, the learned Tribunal issued notice and the matter is now listed for consideration on 09.04.2026.

This petition has been filed against the order issuing notice in the Original Application filed by the Petitioner. In substance, the Petitioner by an interim order, seeks a direction from this Court for recommending the Petitioner's case for deputation to some other department.

apart from pending chargesheet, House Rent Allowance amounting to ₹13,52,798/- is recoverable from the Petitioner. 4.
It is pertinent to note that at this stage only notice has been issued by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal in the OA filed by the Petitioner. The learned Tribunal will consider the prayers sought after examining the affidavit that may be filed by the Respondents. At this stage, no interim order can be passed considering the submissions of the Respondents as noted above and, therefore, no ground for interference has been made out. 5.
However, the learned Central Administrative Tribunal is requested to decide the Petitioner's application on the next date of hearing i.e., on 09.04.2026.

The writ petition stands dismissed in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
