Mr. Vikas Chopra, Standing Counsel for the respondent no.2/MCD submits that steps have been initiated by the respondent/MCD towards cancellation of the license granted in favour of the respondent no.3. 2.

A show cause notice has been issued to the respondent no.3 on 26th February, 2026, to which a response has been received on 3rd March, 2026. 3.

In view thereof, the present petition stands disposed of, while directing the respondent/MCD to take appropriate action in accordance with law, in an expeditious manner.
