Petitioner during his service with the respondent no.1/State Bank of India was never posted at Delhi, did not retire at Delhi and always performed his service outside Delhi and retired at Ranchi, Jharkhand. Since this Court does not have territorial jurisdiction, petitioner prays for and is granted liberty to withdraw this petition to file appropriate independent proceedings in the concerned court at Jharkhand. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
