% 07.02.2026 By way of the present petition filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner impugns order dated 04.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, dismissing the application for seeking permission to travel abroad for an international badminton competition, which is scheduled on 09.02.2026. Since the competition is scheduled on 09.02.2026, and it will not be possible to verify the averments made in the application, this court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. In view thereof, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
