% 15.05.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2/Jindal Naturecure Institute states that to put a quietus to the litigation between the parties, they are willing to pay the appellant, Mr. Anand Prakash Sharma, one month's salary amounting to a sum of Rs.60,000/- for the service rendered by the latter to them. The appellant who appears in person states that the offer made on behalf of the respondent No.2 is acceptable to him. In view of the foregoing, the present appeal is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to pay one month's salary amounting to Rs.60,000/- to the appellant within two weeks from today, without demur.

Pending application also stands disposed of.
